Download and complete the Dubai visa application form from the General Directorate Of Residency & Foreigners Affairs website
Make sure that your passport is not expired and has at least 6 months of validity left
You will also need to attach passport sized photos with your visa application form
Also send in your booked flight tickets and proof of accommodation during your planned stay in Dubai.
You also need to show that you have sufficient funds to support your Dubai stay
